DASS AND THOMAS is 30 years old firm, practicing as Industrial Safety & Engineering Consultants with Experienced Chartered Engineers, Approved Valuers & Government Authorized Competent Persons, to test & certify various statutory items, covered under Factories Act & Rules including Load Testing of Heavy duty cranes, by providing Test loads up to 250 Tons.

The company has Accredited Safety Auditors with vast knowledge and experience to conduct External Safety Audit as per IS 14489 for industries in various fields like Heavy Engineering, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Fertilizer etc.,

The firm is also arranging the Third party Inspection for various items as required by the party.

CHARTERED ENGINEERS

The Directors of the company are Empanelled Chartered Engineers approved by the Chennai Customs for Inspection & Valuation of the Imported second hand machinery. The firm is also issuing Chartered Engineer certificates as required by DGFT department, under EPCG Scheme, Duty drawback etc.,

SAFETY AUDIT

The firm is conducting External Safety Audit as per IS 14489, by a team of Accredited Safety Auditors approved by DGFASLI/CLI - Mumbai, in the major hazardous industries which includes Heavy Engineering, Chemical, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Fertilizer Industries etc.,

The firm is also conducting Safety Training programme and arranging Mock drills for the industrial employee to educate and create safety awareness.

THIRD PARTY INSPECTION

The firm is also arranging the Third party Inspection for various items as required by the party.

Third party Inspection & Certification of Cranes, Tower cranes, Good lifts, Material handling equipments etc., in the project sites, Bulk material Carriers, Plants and machinery, Storage Racks / Tanks etc. in the Industries.
Sound level surveys & Light level surveys
Ultrasonic Thickness (UT) Test of Pressure Vessels & Others.
Hydrostatic Test of Pressure Vessels as per relevant standards
Testing & Certification of Instruments & Safety devices in Chemical works.
